About Me.
My name is Dhanush Tipparaju, and I am a Senior at Purdue University studying Mechanical Engineering. I want to work in the defense industry and in manufacturing process automation. I love robotics, aerospace, and spending time with family and friends!

My coursework is primarily in mechanical design, and I plan on taking more classes related to manufacturing and automation in the future. My next academic goal is to continue my education with Purdue with the 4+1, getting an MSME, specializing in automation and robotics.

Purdue Orbital
I am the current President of Purdue Orbital. My focus is on the development of our Hapsis, Payloads, and Spaceshot missions. Through providing my members hands experiences, Orbital strives to model industry to prepare us for engineering beyond college. My ideology towards leadership is to help develop my team's understanding of key design concepts and promote their growth inside and outside the club by teaching industry-standard safety practices and giving them projects that utilize hard and soft skills commonly seen in the industry.
